Who is responsible
This website is operated by Rodrigo Cazuza, a multimedia designer based in New York City. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to visualdesigner@rodrigocazuza.com.
Information collected
- Contact form. When you send a message through the Contact page, the form collects your name, email address, subject and message. That information is used only to reply to you and discuss your project.
- Email. If you write directly to visualdesigner@rodrigocazuza.com, the message and your email address are kept to continue the conversation.
- Technical data. Like every website, the hosting and content-delivery providers listed below receive standard request data (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request) to deliver pages and keep them secure.
This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or fingerprinting, and it does not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
The site itself sets no cookies. It stores one short-lived value in your browser’s session storage so the opening loading animation is shorter if you return to the home page during the same visit. It never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
Embedded YouTube videos load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you press play, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
Third-party services
The following providers process data on this site’s behalf or deliver its resources. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them by email.
- Website hosting (GitHub Pages and the rodrigocazuza.com host) serves the pages and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Fonts and Fontshare provide the typefaces.
- jsDelivr provides open-source code libraries (icons, animation and the 3D viewer).
- YouTube and Figma provide embedded videos and design previews on some project pages.
Links to other websites, including client sites, LinkedIn, GitHub, YouTube and Behance, are governed by those sites’ own policies.
How long information is kept
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting project, and are then deleted. You can ask for your messages to be deleted at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent, or object to its use, by emailing visualdesigner@rodrigocazuza.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA/CPRA (California) may give you additional rights; requests will be honored wherever they apply. You will not be treated differently for making a request.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
